What is self storage?

Self storage is a service offered to householders and businesses that need to store items in a secure, individual storage space.
Who is Store All?
Store All is the only self storage facility in Barbados offering both indoor and drive-up self storage. We are 100% Barbadian owned and operated and we are the largest in Barbados with three locations.
What sizes of storage units do you offer?
Store All offers units from 2 square feet to 320 square feet and there is a wide range of unit sizes to accommodate different needs. Common sixes are 5’X8′. 10’X8′ and 20’X8′
Can I rent storage online?

You can rent your storage unit online once you are paying by credit card. First go to the Booking page to choose the size that you need from what we have available. Next, the Rental Agreement (in an editable PDF format) can be found under Rental Agreement. You must download the agreement, then fill in all of the fields on your computer and save it. Choose a seven-digit code that you can easily remember (like a phone number); initial each page; and under the date you must tick the box authorising the electronic signature. If you are a citizen of the European Union, we will need to email you our Privacy Policy separately. Please also scan or take a photo of your ID and email it along with the completed rental agreement to rentals@storeallbds.com. If you need help please call us – 429-7428. After our team sets you up in our computer system you will receive an email, explaining how to pay for your storage unit online. If you need packing and moving supplies and/or a lock we will add them to your account and put them in the storage unit for you. 

What kind of security is there at Store All?
Both our indoor and drive-up storage areas have a keypad into which you have to enter your personal security code to be allowed access. We also have a surveillance camera system, a monitored security system and smoke detectors. Our drive-up units are fully enclosed by perimeter security fencing, lit with LED lights at night and are very secure. Some also have metal security lock covers. There is also a security guard on patrol every night at the Pine Commercial facility.
What is the difference between indoor units and drive-up units?
Indoor units are inside of our building and drive-up units are in the fully fenced properties on either side of the building.

What is the minimum rental period?
One month is the minimum rental period.
Are there any additional fees?
VAT is included in our prices. The only additional fee is a security deposit which is equivalent to one month’s rental. It is fully refundable when you move out and leave your unit in the state that you received it. Alternatively an Administration Fee of $30.00 can be paid.
Are there any discounts?
Yes, we offer the following:
Prepay for 12 months of storage and get the 13th month free.
10% discount for the first three months for students with ID.
$25.00 off of the first month’s rent and a free lock for BARP members at the time of sign up.
Delivery/Pick Up Fee of only $95.00 for Mobile Storage when paying for 3 months or more.
Do I need a lock?
Yes, you can provide your own lock or purchase a new disc lock at our office. Only you have the key to your lock. We recommend disc locks for greater security.
Do you offer any type of tenant insurance?
We offer Contents Protection for your items for a nominal fee.  Sometimes your insurance company will extend your home insurance coverage to our facility, but you must check with them first. Also, our deductible is likely to be much lower. Otherwise we do not carry insurance for your items and are not liable for any damage or loss.
Do I have to sign a rental agreement?
Yes, and you will also need to provide us with valid identification e.g. a Barbados identification card, a driver’s license or a passport. Please keep in mind that this may take up to 20 minutes.
How long can I reserve a storage unit for before signing the rental agreement?
We will hold a storage unit for you for 24 hours before you sign the rental agreement.
How quickly can I move in?
You can move in on the same day that you sign your rental agreement. We will set you up and show you your unit. We will pro-rate the rental for the balance of the month.
How do I get my items to you?
We do not currently offer a moving service, but we will happily recommend someone to move your items.
Do I need to give notice when I move out?
Yes, you must let us know that you are moving out. The rent is not pro-rated when you move out so if you move out before the end a month you must pay for the entire month.
How can I pay?

You can pay us online via our website or enrol in our autopay programme, where you provide us with your credit card number, or give us post-dated cheques. You can also pay via CIBC FirstCaribbean’s online banking, or Republic Bank’s online banking (Account # 058318282001). You can also make payments in person during office hours by cash, cheque, debit and credit cards, or drop off cheques in our drop box. You can also do a bank transfer:

To pay via our website please do the following:

Click on the PAY NOW box at the top right of the page.

Type in your unit number N.B. You must type the letter followed by three digits e.g. B002 or A57 or C120.

Click on Check (box on the right) and the pre-VAT price will be shown.

From the dropdown menu in Renewal Length (in months) choose how many months you want to pay for.

Click on CHECKOUT.

In the Payment Summary type in your credit card information and billing address.

Click on Submit Payment at the bottom of the page.

Click on Continue or wait a few seconds.

You will then see the Order Receipt.

Do you sell packing supplies?
Yes, we have a wide variety of boxes, plastic containers, poster tubes, bubble wrap, packing paper, heavy duty tape, stretch wrap, mattress bags, sofa covers, packing kits and storage bags. You do not need to be a storage customer to buy supplies. Please feel free to return any unused boxes for a full refund.
Do you have a pallet jack?
Yes, there are two of them just inside of the door in the main building at Store All Central (indoor storage), and you are welcome to use them to move your items. There are also trolleys available.
When can I access my storage unit?
The storage units are accessible from 6.00 am to 8.00 pm every day. 24 hour access to the drive-up storage units is possible for an additional fee.
What are the office hours?
Our office hours are:
Store All Central – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
Store All South – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
Can I move to another unit if I need more/less space?
Yes, depending on availability. We will simply adjust your rental agreement and invoice you accordingly.
Do you offer temperature controlled units?
Yes, we have air conditioned indoor units. We can also install air conditioning in certain drive-up units, but there is an additional monthly fee for electricity.
What happens if I lose my key or access code?
If you lose your key or access code please contact the office during business hours and we will assist you in gaining access to your unit.
Do you have a pest control programme?
Yes, we have our facilities treated on a scheduled basis.
Are there any items that I am not able to store?
You cannot store any liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, food and other perishable items, hazardous materials, contraband or other goods prohibited by law. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.
