In response to the COVID-19 virus, we want to keep our customers and our employees safe, so on a scheduled basis we are disinfecting all high traffic areas throughout our premises, such as door knobs/handles, keypads, exit buttons, bathrooms and reception areas.
Only one customer is allowed into the office at a time, and he or she must stay at least six feet away from our employees. If a customer is not feeling 100% healthy, he or she should not come into our office. Each customer is required to wear a mask when entering our office.
All of our office staff are fully vaccinated by individual choice, and they are required to wear masks while at work. We have also provided guidelines for all of our employees on social distancing, hand-washing protocols, the use of hand sanitizers, and the importance of staying home if they are ill.
We realise that you may not want to leave home and come into our offices, so below are convenient ways to make payments:
